Survey and Planning
A correct start on site is made with correct planning.
Site survey, review of the project and technical documents, definition of the scope of work and preparation of the execution methodology.
After the work programme, equipment layout and installation planning: anchor works, grouting and precision levelling to prepare the base the equipment will be installed on.
Installation and Alignment
We turn the plan into precise, controlled work on site.
Heavy lifting, equipment positioning, mechanical and structural steel assembly, and installation of the process equipment.
Laser measurement, with precision alignment and adjustment to manufacturer tolerance.
Connection and Commissioning
We bring every system to work together and be ready for production.
Completion of the process lines and the hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical supply connections.
After cold testing, function testing and commissioning: handover, technical documentation and support at the start of production.
