Complete mechanical installation of a 150 MN extrusion press line — from foundation works, container and stem assembly, hydraulic connection and alignment through to commissioning support.
After foundation rebar, anchor placement and grouting, the press frame and table were laser aligned to manufacturer tolerance before load transfer. Alignment and levelling results were recorded and delivered with the documentation package.
The work was carried out by our own engineers and foremen alongside the equipment manufacturer's commissioning team, inside a live plant and sequenced around the client's own production and permit-to-work system.
