Continuous Casting Line — United States

Deployment of Mech-Tech personnel to a facility in the United States — mechanical assembly, foundation alignment, hydraulic and cooling piping and auxiliary equipment connections.

Our teams were mobilised to the United States and worked alongside the equipment manufacturer's commissioning engineers. The scope covered mechanical assembly and foundation alignment, then the fabrication and installation of hydraulic, cooling and process piping, valve groups and equipment connections.

Pump groups, valve groups, heat exchangers and process piping were installed and connected by our own personnel. This is the deployment model we now offer across the United States: our teams, our supervision, the same standard as on a site in Türkiye.
