What we collect

We only collect what you type into the estimate request form: your name, company, email address, telephone number, country, the description of your project and any files you choose to attach. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we collect it

Solely to answer your request and to prepare a method statement, work schedule or quotation. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and their attachments are kept for as long as the commercial relationship requires, and are then deleted. You may ask us to delete your enquiry at any time by writing to info@snpmech.com.

Cookies

We store one small cookie that remembers whether you chose English or Turkish, so the site does not switch language on you. It contains nothing else and expires after one year.

Your rights

Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) No. 6698 and, where applicable, the GDPR, you may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to its processing. Write to info@snpmech.com and we will respond.
